God's Grace is sufficient
2 Corinthians 12:9
And he said to me, MY GRACE is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. I will all the more gladly boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may dwell on me.

I will call this the most PERSONAL Grace scripture. Why, you ask, because Paul said; “My Lord said to me
Paul didn’t say that he read it somewhere, maybe in Psalms or Proverbs, or that Peter told him or another of the apostles or church elder.
He said; the Lord himself appeared to me and told me; MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU.
Let’s pause for a moment; about if the Lord himself told you personally that his Grace is sufficient for you?

Sufficient; Greek word definition;
Sufficient is in the New Testament 8 times; Matthew 25:9, Luke 3:14, John 6:7, John 14:8, 2 Corinthians 12:9,
1 Timothy 6:8, Hebrews 13:5, 1 John 1:10

Since God’s Grace is enough for me, it’s all I need and God will provide all the Grace I need for salvation, therefore I can do what? Gladly boast of my weaknesses.
What is the world all about? How great I am, how wonderful I am, I’m strong, powerful. Weakness is frowned upon, laughed at, dismissed. I have no problems, I’m keeping it together, matter of fact I got it all together.
God’s children, by his spirit are exactly the opposite. Paul said; I will gladly boast in my weaknesses. When I’m weak, than I’m strong, Paul says that in the very next verse.
God is my co-pilot, God helps those who help themselves… those are the worlds slogans and even some religious peoples mantras.
Not so with God’s children; we are content to be weak, which we really are anyway. Because we have a Rock as our foundation, the creator of the universe to lean on and rely upon. My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth, king David said in psalms.
